Shipments and register of the personal data

Hierros Etxebarria S.L. does not guarantee the permanent availability of the services, being exonerated from any type of responsibility for possible damages caused due to the unavailability of the service due to force majeure or errors in the telematic data transfer networks, beyond its control.

Hierros Etxebarria S.L. will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third party, prior information would be produced requesting the express consent of the affected party under the RGPD.
Exercise of rights

The user accepts that all his or her personal data will be fully transferred to pospone from the moment the user has initiated the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method.
This acceptance extends to third parties that have to access the files for the successful completition of the contract.

In the event of an error or lack of product prices, whether due to technical or human error, Hierros Etxebarria S.L. will have the power to cancel orders that have been placed with a price that does not correspond to the actual price.
